1,5 years today

Today it has been 1,5 years since I married the man of my dreams in Canada.That year and a half has been the best in my life so far. My wedding day is the second happiest day of my life, just out-ranked by giving birth to my wonderful cherub Nicholas!

We  got married in Toronto, Canada on 12.12.2009. I was 5 months pregnant at the time, so no champagne for me. I did actually have plenty of non-alcoholic drinks though! I was lucky enough to have quite a few of my family come all the way from Norway to the wedding, and as my best friend, mom, dad, siblings and Grandparents were there everyone else was just a bonus! I am so happy they could come, it made the day more special. We had a christmas-themed wedding, as christmas is my absolute favourite time of the year. Our colours were gold, Ivory and red.I have so many pictures from the day, but since I don't want to post any with unsuspecting people in them I have picked out the ones below to give you a glimpse of our big day!

The Cake :

I chose an untraditional wedding cake consisting of a vanilla- and chocolate-muffins tower with a soccer-ball shaped cake on top.

Today is Match day here in Solna. AIK vs. Malmö, and Kenny is in net so I am probably gonna be all nerves during the game. I also get a visitor today, Maria Joy is coming to stay with us for a few days, so she will join me and Nicholas for the game! Send lots of luck this way!!!!!!
